Recently a friend and colleague of mine shared that she really appreciates my emails when I share about the nitty gritty of what my clients and I do in our work together.

With that in mind, I wanted to share two common themes that have been arising in sessions lately.

1) We’re talking about Going Through the Void.

What’s the void? The void occurs when you are letting go of an aspect of your personality that no longer fits who you are becoming. It’s a very uncertain time, which of course brings up feelings of loss of control. The void is that place where the big questions come up, such as Who am I? What is my purpose? It’s the place where you connect most closely to your Holy-Self.

Who’s talking about this with me? A brilliant woman who’s moving forward into her own business venture as she also let’s go of relationship patterns that hold her back. I’m so excited for her!

2) We’re talking about Becoming More Visible.

What’s visibility got to do with it? Think about your own life for a moment. Where do you hide? Where do you silence yourself? Visibility is not just being in front of the room speaking to a crowd (though it can be!), it’s also about being fully aligned with your deeper Self and speaking and acting from there.

I’ve been working with a few people on this topic lately: A beautiful young woman who is healing by letting her inner child become visible to her! A powerful young man who is launching a fabulous business but first had to find his innate ‘feeling of worthiness’ to be seen by many people! Being visible is a powerful path to walk because the wound of invisibility is one of the most prevalent and deep wounds for many highly evolved people.

Going Through the Void and Becoming More Visible are both stages of conscious evolution that we must learn to navigate because they are not one time deals—-they happen over and over throughout our life time. As you expand into a greater version of your Self, there is always the process of going through the void AND there is always the process of becoming more visible.

Can you relate to the issues I spoke about here of ‘going through the void’ and ‘becoming more visible?’ What things have you tried to let go of but can’t? How are you hiding your brilliance?

I’d love to hear from you!  Contact me or leave a comment below.
