 Spiritual Mentors & Trainers

  • Robert Brumet, M.S, Author of four books, Unity Minister, Spiritual Director, my mentor between 2013-2020. I was individually mentored both personally and professionally in spiritual development, meditation, transpersonal psychology and Buddhist teachings.
  • Dr. Margaret Paul 2001-2005—Trained directly with Dr. Paul to facilitate Inner Bonding® and to lead Intensives. Supervision for my client practice. Led the London Inner Bonding Weekend between 2011-2019.
  • Betsie Bizarro, Spiritually-based Counselor, 1992-1997—Trained in Metaphysical Nature of Abuse. Included study of depth psychology, Native American healing, and the latest research in trauma healing. She was my mentor and trainer.
  • Landmark Education 1989-1991—Trained to lead Introductions to the Forum and manage seminars from Boston Center and Albany, NY. Focus was on empowerment and leadership skills.
  • Kripalu Center 1985-1989—Spiritual Lifestyle Training program and ashram experience with focus on Kripalu yoga, mindfulness and healthy lifestyle. Daily experiences of yoga, silent dining, meditation, and service. Served as a Holistic Health Counselor with training in herbalism, homeopathy and nutrition.
